Great house with short walk to beach

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and had plenty of room with a nice backyard and a convenient outdoor shower. It was just a short walk from the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Would recommend!

Boardwalk Getaway

Great place to stay. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Convenient walk to the beach and shops. Cars never left the driveway. Will definitely check out again next year.

Virginia Beach - Memorial Day wrestling

We stay at one of Frank's properties every year for the NHSCA wrestling duals. Frank is the best host, his properties are well equipped, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Can't say enough good things this host and this house. Wonderful experience.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!

I can't say enough good stuff about this rental. I was on a three leg trip with rentals at 3 different locations and this one made every other place look like trash. Great location!! So close to everything! Gorgeous house! Garage! Wonderful amenities! Seriously, I hate my house now because I wish I lived there. We decided we will only ever stay here every time we go to VA. Thanks so much!!!

Beautiful house with 5 star location

Beautiful house, great location. Host was fabulous and could not have been any better. Frank was superb. Only issue is the kitchen supplies. There was barely minimum. No blender, sparse on dishware, Cooking for family was difficult not having enough supply. Overall a wonderful stay!! I would rent this house again

House appeared nice at first glance. Unfoetunately, it was not cleaned properly, including dirty toilets, floors, countertops and cabinet doors. There were ants in kitchen. There were coachroaches in garage. The faucets didnt work properly. The dishwasher didnt drain and had a wheel missing from bottom rack. The outdoor space had no shade and was unusable including outside shower which had no structure/floor. The neighborhood wasn't upscale. There was a man walking around the street yelling obscenities which scared my grandchildren.

Nice House, great location

This was a great, spacious house for myself, my brother and our families for our stay. The place is recently built with nice finishes throughout, and was perfectly clean upon arrival. Location wise, it is a 5 min stroll to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for our trip!
