Roach infested

This property had a major roach problem. We noticed a huge one right outside our door upon arrival. Inside, that night,we noticed many roaches on the counter top, lampshade, walls and floor and killed as many as we could. We also noticed the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke in the entry way of the unit. It smelled like an ashtray. I notified the owner and she did reply immediately. She said the unit was to be non smoking and that she would also contact a pest control to spray. The roaches were there the entire stay and in one video I took there were 8 in the sink. The place was beautifully decorated and well stocked but the roaches made the entire stay feel so gross. Also, worth mentioning, the WiFi did not work properly and the AC unit, which is in the bedroom, was very loud. The owner did respond very quickly to my issues and while the unit had some positives and was in a great location, I would not stay there again. Overall I was very disappointed. It was an expensive few days and the roach infestation made it feel like a huge waste of money.
