“Jacuzzi appeared dirty so we did not use it. There were several messes on the property. We were PROMISED a cleanup crew would come by, today, then tomorrow, then NEVER! They never did. It was the dirtiest place I have ever rented. Only 1 cue stick had a tip on it and it was VERY warped. The other 3 or 4 were ALL BROKEN! So I could not enjoy the pool table. Dirty dishes left out and a dirty floor was unswept. STAINED COUCH THAT I CLEANED. PREVIOUS LAUNDRY WAS LEFT OUT .”

“Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. The home felt much more outdated than the photos suggest, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. The kitchen was also under-equipped—there were very limited utensils, making it difficult to cook anything beyond very simple meals, and the oven was too small to fit something as standard as a pizza.
