This was our 3rd time staying here! It has become a tradition we look forward to and talk about often. This is a beautiful property and very nice cabin. I always feel safe and comfortable staying here. I can't wait to come back again!

End of Winter Getaway

Always like to get away with my dog at the end of February. This cabin was PERFECT. There was no one else around. The trails around the property were fun for me and my dog. The cabin itself was also super nice and just like the pictures. I’m sure it’s even more beautiful I. The spring and fall.

Peaceful winter getaway

Best experience I've had on VRBO. Host was amazing, perfect communication, everything exactly as advertised. It snowed on the day of our arrival and the host provided great directions that kept us on main roads and had everything plowed for a safe arrival. The property is amazing. If you're looking for peace in nature, this is a 10/10. Hope to come back again!

This cabin is so beautiful and cozy. Perfect for a relaxing long weekend of lounging on the porch, grilling food, exploring the surrounding trails, and more. My spouse and pup and I all loved our stay, and Rodney’s thoughtful, detailed communication was super appreciated.

We loved this cozy little cabin set in the woods, and we lived on the spacious screen porch. Birds, wildflowers, cool breezes - sublime. The place is beautifully designed and lovingly maintained, and Rodney couldn’t have been more helpful. We’d love to come back.

Serenity Retreat!!

Nestled in the driftless region of SW Wisconsin, this little getaway was just what my friends and I needed! This charming, immaculate cabin was equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A great place to enjoy the outdoors along with close proximity to town for dining out or shopping. If you’re craving peace and quiet this is the place to go.

Clean, new (still can smell that wonderful new pine smell) cabin.. plenty of space for 4.. and everything you could think of that you may need to use for a week included. We had fun exploring the region.. and the miles of trails around the property. We will be back!

Lovely get-away

We really enjoyed this quiet, cozy cabin! The trails were so accessible and fun for our young kids - especially the one leading to the tree swing. It was fun to hear cows in the distance at night. The accommodations are so comfortable and come with everything you need. We loved the Wonderstate coffee, grill with all the tools, and amazing screened in porch. Highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful get-away!

Great property!

Always looking for a great place to stay in the Driftless area, and I finally found a spot I look forward to staying at again. Rodney and his family have built beautiful cabins on their secluded property that are equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The hosts were very respectful of our privacy, but just a phone call away to help with anything we needed. Very grateful to have found this place!

A quiet sublime setting. Great being back in the Driftless. Very comfortable cabin. Screened in porch✅ .. life devolved down to simple .. reading aloud to one another from selections on hand✅ .. the little stove was efficient .. really could not have imagined a better 2 days..

Another Perfect Stay in this Magical Place!

This was my second time staying here and only continue to be amazed by the property, cabins, hosts and Driftless area! We had everything we needed at the cabin. I absolutely love being able to walk out the door right onto trails. It snowed two of the nights and the host was very attentive to making sure the driveway up was plowed and communicated when it was cleared. I really cannot say enough good things about this stay! Thanks for the memories!
