If you expecting 5 star kinda property treatment then your mistaken. The rooms are big and spacious, check in was fine, pool and fitness center was good. But they really need to improve their core hospatality skills. The staff is always poker face, the breakfast is below average, especially the bakery items are used for straight 8-10 days as you can see and feel its stale. You need to remind them to refill the stuff everytime the item is over, except for south indian items rest of food needs a complete overall.
The wifi sucks, if you are planning a workation please dont because the speed is not good, it gets disconnected automatically, doesnt get connected even after trying the paid service, and the best part is the if you call the helpline, they are helpless.
One more thing than that really irked me was the haggle I had to do everytime I ordered water from room service. They will negotiate the number bottles you ask everytime literally which really made me realise this is probably the 1st time I have seen something like this.
One suggestion would be to replace the 500 ML bisleri bottles with 2 glass bottles in the room as they dont realise the amount of plastic waste they are generating and as a hotel, it is there duty to be more sustainable.
Overall 3/5 experience!
