Villa Ulika is a holiday home with a pool in the village of Anzici, near Visnjan, only 19 km from Porec and the sea. The house is situated on a 1000m2 plot with a well-kept lawn, olive trees and a 50m2 pool.
The beautifully restored Istrian stone house has two separate floors, ideal for large groups or multiple families.
The spacious ground floor apartment has luxury furnishings in a rustic style, providing a warm and homely feel. But the most beautiful thing is the fireplace in the living room where you can enjoy an unforgettable evening with a glass of wine. The antique furnishings of the 19th-century bedrooms will take you back in time, where you can forget all your worries for a while. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, one with a massage bathtub and one with a massage shower.
