Your villa consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with underfloor heating. The entrance is covered, ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and lounge. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed (appropriate only for children under 2 years). You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 6 sunloungers and parasol. Kitchen 14 sqm and with TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. Višnjan. The villa is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Countless leisure activities are offered all around, on land and on water, such as cycling, hiking, tennis, golf, horse riding, diving, windsurfing, water skiing or sailing.

For those interested in culture, about a 10-minute drive away in Poreč and Novigrad there is a range of museums, galleries and sights as well as numerous events and concerts.

In addition, the region impresses with the culinary richness of its local cuisine. In the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance there are already some excellent restaurants to discover.
