"We were only in for 1 night but the hotel looked amazing! Lovely indoor/outside pool, good breakfast, very comy bed and great shower. The location was perfect only a 5 min walk from the railway station and perfect for exploring this fantastic area. We will definitely return soon and spend longer at this hotel in beautiful Zermatt. The hotel offered fantastic wellness options including massage etc. "

"Really lovely hotel . Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. Great location for exploring Zermatt . Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . Delicious breakfast with a good choice . Would love to return to this hotel . Thanks for a super stay "

"Aside from the friendliness of the staff, the thing I liked best about Hotel Parkas was the amazing view of the Matterhorn from my balcony! The room was bright, clean, and very pleasant. Although there was not a refrigerator in the room, there was a refrigerator in the room downstairs. The staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was also near the train station and the numerous shops I the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It included breakfast and was a good value for the price. "
