“We stayed for one week. This was an outstanding place to stay. The photos and description don't even do it justice. There are views of the Matterhorn from every room and a cozy balcony and hot tub. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Owners are extremely responsive. There is a lift that takes you to street level that is easy and convenient. “Beautiful property, clean warm and cozy in the winter snow! We came from Florida to ski in Grachen and Zermatt and the quaint villages and ski resorts did not disappoint. Also great communication from the owner and property manager. I don’t believe the property is hard to find if you’re from the area, but being from Florida it was quite a challenge finding it when we first arrived. It would have been easier for us to know to go up the road from the Niedergrachen bus stop and take the 2nd long……

“This large home turned out to be perfect for our group of 11 mixed family ranging from ages 9-80. There was ample space and though we are hardly professionals, an amazing chef’s kitchen. We selected the location for its size and proximity to Zermatt. That turned out to be the only downside, as it was a bus to a train and took over an hour, more because service was interrupted due to a landslide when we there. A little warning that the hill to the chalet is super steep and was hard for the……
