Celebrating our anniversary, we were delighted to find a beautifully set breakfast table arranged in a perfect spot, adorned with chocolates, champagne, and fresh flowers—a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our celebration. The staff were outstanding, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a made-to-order breakfast that featured fresh, delicious options tailored to our preferences. They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional. Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had, marked by impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."

"Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530. In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property. The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful."

"Pretty hotel in the centre of Zermatt. The hotel facilities were great, really happy with the pool and sauna. Nearby dining options were plenty and great quality. Didn’t initially know Zermatt was car free but the shuttle from Täsch was easy and there was plenty of parking. "

"They weren’t busy they upgraded our room which was really nice. Tile floor in the bathroom was heated. Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful hotel. "
