The Olive Breeze Apt sits on a small hilltop and enjoys the cool breezes coming off the Pacific Ocean. At the front of the multi-unit building, wrap around patios offer privacy.

Fully furnished, single bathroom with tiled stall shower. The bedroom with queen size bed, and mirrored closet doors has a private outside door and porch area. Living room area with large screen TV, full size sofa bed, lots of windows looking out to front covered entry porch. Internet service included. Central heating.

Would Stay Again

This property is in a great location and accessible to many conveniences and amenities. The home is clean, nicely decorated and has everything you could need, including a kitchen and laundry room. The owner Bill and property manager Gary were both responsive and easy to communicate with. Gary is very friendly. We will definitely plan future stays when we are in the area to visit our daughter who attends CSU San Marcos.

Wonderful

Peaceful, open, breezy, and cute as a beachy button. It's the perfect place for a quiet week away with good views and a peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect place to come back to decompress and to start a hectic day while prepping for a wedding. Kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with equipment and there were plenty of windows and porches to catch the sea breeze. In short, beautiful.

Clean and cozy

Enjoyed a few days away from the cold at this property. Was able to just stay in the property and cook and play games. Drove to Tamarack beach for sunsets. Loved how the kitchen was full for us to use, was able to go to Cardiff Seaside Market to buy a NYE meat and roast it. Overall lovely stay and hope to be coming back!

My HAPPY Place

My husband and I spent 5 months in this lovely 1 bedroom apt. I thought it would be more challenging having to go from a big home to a 1 bedroom. This little apartment has more room than you think.....plenty of storage space for all the (unnecessary) stuff I brought!! FULLY stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING I needed for cooking/baking. They even supply PLENTY of paper products, saran,baggies and alot of diff spices, scotch tape and scissors....they really put alot of thought into this apartment. This unit is tastefully done and the owners and manager are just wonderful to say the least. We had no major issues, and if we needed anything....they were super quick to respond. We have family in Vista and the location was PERFECT for us. We would definitely recommend this property.

Immaculate property in perfect location

I had the pleasure of staying in the Olive Breeze suite with my parents for 4 nights. It was very cozy, well equipped and spacious for the 3 of us. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck(s) for breakfast and relaxing in the afternoon. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Wonderful place to stay in Vista

Tastefully decorated, thought fully well appointed...it has everything you could possibly need..the very pleasant manager resides on the property..we met a couple of the permanent tenants and they are also very nice people and we enjoyed talking with them.... the owners are a lovely couple and they were there to meet us when we checked in...we stayed 3 nights but this place would work really well for an extended stay in Vista. .short drive to PCH so you can stay off the freeways and enjoy driving up and down the coast..it helps to be confident in your navigation skills ..we highly recommend this gem of a place ...

Cozy, clean, top notch amenities, close to beach

The owner Bill is thoroughly communicative and the property manager present and concerned that all our needs were met. Super clean, loved the decor, plenty of space, top notch amenities. Only a 10-15 min drive to the beach. Quiet and we felt safe. Lovely outdoor area with beautiful plants and trees. We would definitely stay again.

Great place...a little small for 4 adults

The property was fantastic and we will definitely stay here again. Loved the location and the easy of checking in. The property has an on site manager who was awesome to deal with...only a quick phone call away. We were a family of 4 with 2 teanagers...16 & 18. Although the place fit our needs, it was a bit cramped. So a family of 3 or 4 with smaller kids might have more room. However, we are a low maintenance bunch so the cramped quarters was not a big hindrance. The place was very clean and overall we did not have any issues. Highly recommend.

newly remodeled apartment was comfortable, clean and full of everything you would need for a weekend stay. The location was perfect for the wedding site in San Marcos and our friends house in Carlsbad. The owners were great at answering any of our questions and were very nice and hospitable! thank you! pleasant stay

I originally booked this apartment in April 2019 and kept in contact with Bill, the host, in regards to photos since it is a brand new property, which none were provided due to current renovations but he reassured me that this property would be finished by the time we arrived, May 23, 2019 and sent me a link to his other similar property "the arbor apartment." I did not receive any further communication from Bill in regards to check in or photos of property. On day of arrival, I sent another message to Bill of how to check in to the property. He called me a few minutes later and apologized that he had forgotten about my reservation and that this place was not finished yet. He said that my family and I would be staying at "the arbor apartment" instead. He gave us directions to the new location and greeted us with his wife Diane upon arrival and gave us a tour of the house. I was very impressed with how quick he rectify the situation. The arbor apartment is a duplex with Bill and Diane residing on the other side. It's very quiet and the location was great for us, as we were going to Legoland. It's fully furnished. Checking out was very easy, I just called up Bill and let him know we were leaving and left the keys on the kitchen table. He did apologize again about forgetting our reservation and the renovations not being finished. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at the arbor apartment.
