Private Hilltop view Guesthouse

Charming, private detached guest house on a view lot, with private parking in a quiet neighborhood. This adorable home was the original farm house in this rural estate neighborhood, located on a cul-de-sac at the top of a breezy hill. Remodeled with new kitchen/bathroom, luxury vinyl flooring, new paint & fixtures. The bedroom has a queen bed and a lovely view. 700 sq ft house features a private fenced yard with outdoor dining and umbrella. Full sized side-by-side washer/dryer.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Lovely neighborhood.The place was really clean, but the floor wasn't, so I'd just suggest bringing some house shoes if you are used to walking barefoot. And also, it's bring-your-own coffee (there is a coffee pot).

House was clean and pretty well-equipped. The A/C in both the bedroom and living room worked great. Location is quiet with a nice view but it was a bit hard to find the first night. It was very close to our daughter’s house, so worked out great for us. We would book again next time we visit.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilltop View Guesthouse. It was a perfect stay for me and my daughter and our 2 pups. The house had everything we needed and we loved the back fenced in patio for sitting outside. The bed was really comfortable and the home was clean. We enjoyed walking the dogs in the quiet neighborhood too.

This property was a great place for me and a few friends to stay for the weekend! The house was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed (extra pillows, sheets, bathroom supplies, dishes, etc.) Check in and check out was also very easy, I had no issues with the property the entire time. Karla was also a very helpful host. would recommended staying here!

Two Out of Three ain't Good!

House was advertised as pet friendly, airconditioned and in Vista CA. It was not air conditioned except for bed room. We paid for two weeks on "good faith" acceptence of those discriptive attributes. We were unable to get someone to address complaint regarding air conditioning Saturday evening. We drove back to Phoenix Sunday morning. We hope someone trys to make things right. The rest of the property was, for the most part, as advertised.

It was told to us upon check in that we may see bugs but the house is treated bi monthly. We killed alot of bugs during our stay. One night we saw a roach. Im told this is due to location. The AC made it hard to cool the entire place. It was good to keep bedroom cool but not front of house area. It was a very warm weekend so it was hot in the house. They provided box fans. Host was nice and check in was easy

Cute Cottage

We only stayed for a long weekend but this property was a great place and one of a kind. The neighborhood is beautiful with a tiny vineyard close by. The cottage is small but lovely and the perfect size for the two of us. Made our visit to Vista just a little nicer.

Wonderful little house

My husband, myself, my Mother, and our dog stayed here for a couple of weeks. The home is comfortable, located in a nice neighborhood, and is well equipped for a short or long stay. Would recommend 👍👍👍

Beautiful home in the mountains of Vista California

We had everything we needed here and more. We enjoyed staying here. It was comfortable. We had a little bit of a challenge finding the place but the drive up the mountain is absolutely beautiful!! Wish we could have stayed longer, but the place was booked. Communication with the owner Was good. I would recommend this cute cozy guest cottage. Thank you
