Everyone from the person who opens the Gate, Opens the Door at Security, Front Desk, Cleaning Crews and all of the Staff in the Restaurant on the 9th Floor are a joy - Always Smiling, Always enquiring as to what I need. Unbelievable Customer Service to everyone - A great Testament to the Legacy of the Late Mr. Ratan Tata. Let me try with all the names - Hrithika, Sourabh, Mr. Shah at the front desk, Alia, Sammy, Neha, Sheetal, Anikhet, Gayathri, Pastry Chef gosh I forgot……

“Wifi only works on 1st floor and lobby, rooms are dirty, towels have holes in them, they turn off all electricity when you leave the room, so when you come back it is so hot inside and the fridge is warm. This hotel is just a big scam. Rooms do not look the same as in the photos.”
