「Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano 」

「Das Haus hat einen tollen Seeblick. Es ist im Haus alles da, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat gut geklappt. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub.」

Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter stehen einem bei allen Fragen zur Seite.Wenn man schlank ist hat man kein Probleme sich in der Duschkabine zu erfrischen. Der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Stresa in nur ca. einer 1/2 Stunde 」

「Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tag am Orta-See.Der Check in mit Ilaria hat problemlos geklappt und sie spricht sehr gut deutsch.Es fehlt einem an nichts im Haus. Auch der Pool ist wunderbar. Hier könnte man die Leiter in den Pool erneuern bzw. verlängern.Die Dusche im kleinen, älteren Bad ist recht eng.Leider ist die Straße, die direkt am Grundstück vorbei führt recht laut. Tagsüber und bis spät abends ist hier sehr viel Verkehr, was manchmal doch störend sein kann. Steht so auch nicht in der...

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus. My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully. We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "
