2.The staff speaks very basic English.She counldn't explain clearly how to reach the bus station.
3.The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor,and stairs are fixed out of the building.You have to carry all your bags through the steep stairs.Again,after check-in,you have to carry your bags to the 4th floor.It is inconvenient for people with heavy lugguages.」
