「Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quite comfortable for a one-night stop, especially considering that this was the cheapest option I could find.
I had actually expected a studio with a kitchen where I could prepare my own meals, but I couldn't find a kitchen in the room. Perhaps it was located in a separate area, or maybe I was given a different room. Since I was staying for just one night, I didn't bother investigating. Having a refrigerator was good enough for me.

「I was very disappointed with my one-night stay at the Valza Boutique Hotel on October 28th. Based on our experience, the hotel fell short of both "comfort" and "boutique" standards.

Since parking was in the lower level, this meant carrying our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The receptionist made no offer to assist, which was particularly disappointing under the circumstances.

「The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area...
