Communication could have been improved as after stating our time of arrival which was earlier, it was assumed that we could check in sooner as we weren't then advised something to the effect of "Great, you cannot check in until xxpm but you may use the pool etc". We organized a retreat there and they made everything work for us, answered every question, took care of everything we needed. They also have a wonderful restaurant in Vodice, we recommend going.
