Fantastisches Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen im Sommer 2022 dort und wir waren begeistert. Es sind 2 separate Häuser, welche aneinander angrenzen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein separates Bad. Der Pool ist etwa 100m entfernt und ist super schön. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Wir haben in der Villa unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und es war einfach wunderschön. Das Haus und der Garten waren noch schöner als auf den Fotos und die Verwalter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Freunden in einer einzigartigen Location, die genau auf unsere Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten war. Sowohl die Flexibilität bei der Buchung als auch die Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr gut. Das Objekt entspricht in allen Belangen genau der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einfach ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen! Wir ( und auch unsere Hunde ) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Gelungener Familienurlaub mit kleinen Kindern

Die beiden von einander unabhängigen, sorgfältig renovierten Häuser begrenzen zusammen mit einer hohen Mauer einen liebevoll gestalteten Innenhof mit großzügigem Grill- und Essplatz. Ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: der Pool liegt außerhalb dieses Innenhofes, der abschließbar ist(!). Wunderschöne, ruhige, weitläufige Alleinlage, Pula und Rovinj in 20 Autominuten erreichbar, Supermarkt und der Kiesstrand von Peroj in 5 Min, Supermarkt in Vodnjan in 10 Min. Beste Betreuung durch Roberta!

Perfekt für große Gruppen!

Zwei großzügige alte Häuser und weitläufiges Gelände mit schönem Pool. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Gute Lage. ca. 10 min zu schönen Stränden, ca. 25 min nach Pula und Rovinj. Bei den alten Mauern muss man allerdings mit einigen Kleintieren in den Zimmern rechnen.
