“Location was great! We’re family of 3 here for the marathon, 5 mins walk to race start line. A couple blocks away from the finish, super convenient! Parking worked out great for us since we were about to grab the last spot behind the apartment. There were only a few parking spaces, 1st come 1st serve. So we walked and took the bus while in town. The apartment was clean well equipped with cookingware, utensils & dinnerware. Washing machine were very helpful, we were able to wash the sweaty……

3/5 Communication - Contactless throughout, emails from the guesthouse provided all necessary info before you checked in. Communication was efficient but no service provided effectively. We couldn’t find the on-site manager in our 8-day stay.

“This is in a great location in the heart of the city. Spacious room with plenty of room for 6 persons. Directions and signage to the property were very thorough and made it easy to navigate. A broken item upon arrival was rapidly repaired. Very clean place with all necessary items included (towels, linens, plates, glasses, soaps, and shampoo). “Hi, Alfred. Thanks for your service during our stay in Iceland. Your apartment was more than prefect for 3 of us, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully gear, the location is excellent, everything was good. We were appreciated for all what you had done for us. We were rushing to airport early in the morning on the day we left Iceland, and even didn't have time to call you to say sorry because I accidentally burnt a towel when I took some food from the oven at the night……
