Da man es von einer Speisekarte bestellen musste, war die Auswahl für Familien mit Kindern eher unpraktisch und nicht besonders kinderfreundlich. Ein Frühstücksbuffet oder mehr kindgerechte Optionen wären wünschenswert.”

“The hotel itself is an antique resort which is located at the city center and near to most of the historic sites. The breakfast is a plus.”

“The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth……

“The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and we had everything we needed, but upon first walking into the room, we did notice some things weren’t clean, but other than that, everything was great.”
