가성비 높은 곳입니다. 2주정도 묵으니 아침조식이 좀 질리는 느낌이지만 친절하고 좋습니다. 조식해결 주변에서 가능하다면 뺴시고 숙박하시면 최상일듯 합니다.

Better Than Expected
Hotel room far exceeded my expectations. I had the room on the 12th floor. Corner view. It’s the size of an apartment. Very clean and modern. Fantastic light. Can’t speak to the other suites but this one was great.

I liked everything, location handy to everything. I only wish that ther would be lots of pamphlets/brochures in the lobby as to where things are and how to get there.

Хилтон -хороший Отель , но рецепция его испортила
Хилтон всегда на уровне касательно удобства: высокая и идеальная по мягкости кровать, бесшумная Вентиляция с кондиционированием, розетка у раковины, чайник, кофе и бутилированная вода в номере, да в принципе все остальное, как у всех, но в Хилтоне это стандартное -всегда идеально продумано и идеально исполнено. Попросил помощи у Службы горничных-все помогли. Завтрак стандартный, но стандарт исполнен идеально! Взял номер с ужином: понравился. Единственнное: выбора гарнира нет и не спрашивают, а если бы была гречка, которую я не ем?! Короче, идеальное проживание, но на выезде в него уже по недоброй традиции ставит такую жирную загогулину рецепция. Если вы бронировали через hotel.com, с оплатой другой картой в гостинице, вам гарантированы проблемы. Уже надоело бороться, чтобы выдали счёт. Нигде, даже в других Hilton, такого нет, а здесь опять. И прямо настаивают, тебе вот надо с ними прямо спорить. Может агрегаторы не нравятся им? Нельзя все эти отказы в счете перевести в вид одного нейтрального вопроса, а потом реально тихо самим проверить? А то начинается разговоры «нельзя», а на самом деле «можно и нужно».

Sehr zentral, nah zur Mutter Heimat und 2 Stationen metro zum zentrum. Hotel sehr elegant und gemütlich. Frühstück hat viel Auswahl wurde aber nicht immer alles wiede nachgefüllt. Riesengroßes Badezimmer. Waschmaschine und Trockner kostenlos vorhanden. Fitness war auch ausreichend.

Приятные впечатления в Городе воинской славы
Выбирал из разных вариантов где остановиться, но выбор пал на этот. Ни разу не пожалел! Детям (12-13л.)очень понравилось! Вкусные завтраки, внимательный персонал, всё аккуратно и чисто. Расположение удобно, до центра близко и до Мамаева Кургана пешком 15 мин, рядом большой торгово-развлекательный центр, остановка метротрама 30 м., близко выход на "Пританцовывающий мост" и прямая дорога на городской песчаный пляж. (если через мост идти не охота, то велкам на галечный )). По мосту прогуляться стоит! виды красивые очень! В Волге купаться тоже очень впечатлительно )).

Nice place to stay!
That was great that hotel gave us access to room before 14 o`clock when we requested. I recon, for that purpose staff wasn`t able to prepare room properly so there was only 1 pair of slippers and 1 set of shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was great and really worth it!

Neues Hotel, in sehr gutem Zustand.
Hotel liegt unmittelbar an einer Haltestelle der Metrotram. Alles ist bestens erreichbar. Das Haus ist neu und in tadellosem Zustand. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und um guten Service bemüht. Ich würde wieder dort buchen. Ich hatte bereits mit Hilton in Ankara ebenfalls ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht.
