After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."

We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. "Locations great I booked through Expedia thinking it was an hotel it’s not. Bathroom micro cannot even fit for a shower which is ultra small next to the toilet and I am normal person bigger people will not fit. Photos look good as it could give you a different prospect. No parking spots etc. It was an experience to assure not to do Bnb as this is the second time photos taken show superior aspects."

"The hotel was beautiful, such an historic building and well located for central Sienna. The staff were friendly and very helpful and also told us the history of the Palazzetto. Breakfast was excellent as well. All in all a fantastic stay and experience and we would definitely return, thank you!"
