「Hotel mixed with hostel caused us issues as school group staying there were partying until after midnight making it hard to go to sleep and soured the overall experience. Room was good, not far from Volterra historic town and in house restaurant was ok.」

「Really nice scenic view to Volterra, typical oil trees and fields around. Calm and relaxed evironment, ideal for longwalks and relaxation. Pool is also enjoyable even in October. Room was nice and clean, wifi working well. Restaurant was excellent, the wild boar dishes can recommend! Staff friendly and helpful. Washing clothes was also possible so if you are mid trip or longer staying that is also an advantage. Enjoyed our stay there!」

「This is a beautiful property with an unusually accommodating staff. They took me to my event which was a few kilometers away and picked me up free of charge. Also, they arranged a ride for me back to the train station. They made everything very easy and stress free! 」

We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The dinners there are out of this world, and I highly recommend attending. We absolutely want to go back and spend more time here. Was a great place to base out of and explore Italy by car.」

「Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff.」
