The hotel was beautiful with amazing views of the mountains from the rooms and dinning rooms. The breakfast and service were excellent. The staff made us feel welcome. If Norway were closer to home, we would love to vacation with our children and grandchildren at the Myrkdalen hotel often.

Recht ambitionierter Preis, wenn man berücksichtigt, daß man vornehmlich Bustouristen beherbergt und deshalb auch das Frühstücksbuffet eher auf Masse ausgerichtet war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This hotel has tourist groups sitting there who reserved dozens 20-30 seats, which significantly impact individual guests. This does not make good sense. My mom was asked to leave because the tourist group leader said its all their seats

Best part of the room was the shower . Clean and ideal size and warm water .. I wish they had a gym , but after all the hiking you do , you really don’t need one . It was sad to see that they charge for sauna. But guess they need to make somehow . Overall a great place to stay if you are there for winter sports .

The altitude of the receptionist was awful! When I just came for check in, it looked like I was disturbing her, and not providing basic information about my stay, e.g. not telling me the breakfast information, hotel facilities until I asked. No tea bags, no coffee maker, no fridge in the room which I was quite disappointed as being a resort. Well, you may not need in Winter, but definitely need one in summer time. Breakfast is just very low standard serve. Don't expect too much would be easier.

Hotel de esquiadores que está muy bien. Personal muy amable. Habitaciones espaciosas con terraza. Salones. Desayuno excelente. Está un poco retirado y no es barato pero, en general, muy bien.

Not impressed. No tea of coffee in the room, blinds broken so didn't block the ligh, and the air con didn't work and when asked to put on from reception it didn't happen. They only had one restaurant open with a very limited menu because it was off season, but this was not communicated ahead of time and wasn't clear on website when booking. Won't be returning.

Hotel situé dans une station de sky. Peu de commodité dans la station. L horel est bien, la chambre est grande mais clairement je mets 3 etoiles car le prix payé pour une nuit est vraiment excessif et ne le vaut pas. Le pdj est correct
