Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room and hotel facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, I found the food options to be somewhat limited and on the simpler side, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the spa only allowed one towel change per day, which could be improved for a more accommodating experience.

Helt OK hotell för övernattning. Börjar bli dags för renovering. P-hus i anslutning till hotellet vilket var bra. Kom ihåg att betala för parkering i receptionen då det inte går att betala i P-automaten.

The service is below any expectation from check in to parking, facilities much to improve! The hotel is located in the nature with very clean air and a lot of staff to do for kids. The food for Serbian standards is very poor, the buffet is really, really poor! But, the worst experience was with the front desk staff, they all should be trained at least with the basics so not to repeat like a broken record ‘no, cannot, no those are rule’ etc… overall, NOT COMING BACK!

Great big room with all the facilities. Perfect breakfast and dinner. Spa area is clean and spacious. The thing we liked the most was the warm pool outside. Especially nice when the weather was cold.

This is a new hotel in a beautiful place in Fruske Gora mountains Beautiful views, opportunity to hike and see nature, towns, monasteries. Great food. Very nice spa and pools. Worth staying for 3 days.

Pools are realy nice and the water was nice and warm, and all the saunas are clean to relaxing. Definitely would come back again, not to forget the fresh air.

Overall a good hotel. However, the customer service was a little disappointing for such a hotel. They charged me 1400RSD for 2 days of parking even though parking was included in the price for the accommodations. When I pointed the discrepancy to the manager, she agreed with me and promised to reimburse me, but she never followed up with me and the money was never credited back. This was disappointing,

The hotel is lovely. It is well maintained and the spa facilities are top-notch. One downside is the construction work around the property does kill the visage and the other is limited dining options.
