We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel is modern and clean, the stuff is friendly and polite, and the breakfast was tasty. Pool & SPA are ensuring good relaxation, although a +1~2°C in the pool would make it even better. Only one thing that is a little bit exaggerated = parking fee.

Great stay in a spotless Spa hotel next to gondola

This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. It is absolutely stunning and in 100% spotless condition. it had 4 stunning saunas and a pool both inside and outside. Staff were newly recruited, very friendly but didn't know too much about the local hikes, or the wine offering etc. They'll learn. Breakfast is very comprehensive, but has absolutely nothing for vegans. All in all, worth every penny.

Nice but room for improvement

New hotel with several buildings. Spacious rooms. SPA very nice with a real great finishing. Bad taste are the conditions. You have to book a time due to a maximum number for visitors. That makes sense to relax. But also you can stay 2 hours max. Optional you can buy for 20€/hour more time. So it will be more full and the main meaning of giving space gets overruled by financial interest? Weak arguments and transparent. Breakfast is average. Very much disturbing every day is the cleaning team. Right after end of breakfast at 10 am they start with several people with a big noise. Not very comfortable for guests who wants to enjoy it. All in all a good one but several points should be corrected by the management. Pricing not ok for this circumstance.
