Queen Vic Beach House is a 5 bedroom house that sleeps up to ten guests with 3.5 bathrooms. This one-of-a-kind home has everything you need for a vacation/holiday to remember! Perfect home for a family reunion or friend get-together. Many of the rooms have stained glass windows giving the house character and charm.

The entire property is surrounded by lush greenery giving it a private and intimate feel. Breathtaking views, cozy outdoor seating areas, great WIFI & TV, and outdoor hot & cold shower.
The beach house is just five minutes from Sound Ave where the long stretch of many vineyards, farm stands, restaurants, shopping, etc. are located. Great day trips or just stay put and enjoy all the house has to offer. Nearby are vineyards, farm stands, golf, shopping, restaurants, a spa, Splish Splash Water Park, Tanger Outlet Shopping Mall, Atlantis Marine World, and the Hamptons.
The fantastic 5-star restaurant is just steps away. Enjoy fishing, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, full playground right on the beach. a few houses down.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- Stays 21 days or longer are subject to utility charges.For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
