"the room is exactly what you would expect, the area of the hotel is amazing, old world charm, beautiful old room, very very nice. unfortunately no elevator and no air conditioning but fantastic windows that open onto the main square where you can listen to musicians playing in the background.. staff were extremely helpful"

"La struttura si trova in una posizione comodissima a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale di cracovia, collegata con l'aeroporto e letteramente a due minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. "We stay in the Lemon Guesthouse for 7 days ; between 4-11th of Oct. Room was nice and lighted. Curtains were missing on one window and were not well adjusted on the other opening. Staff was trying to help. There was a huge TV old style. It was not connected to cables or satellite. When we complained they say it is available in there office, situated a block away on the same street. We said it make no sense.
