「Well I don't know where to start,... Most of the staff were friendly enough the black manager lady is a tyrant. My children really wanted to swim so we went down to the swimming pool and within 2 minutes my son gashed his foot open on broken glass. Someone had picked up the big pieces of broke broken glass so you know nobody could tell that there was busted glass all over the ground but they left everything else. 「Overall great experience and quality for the price! Obviously it's not a name brand hotel but the place was very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and courteous! There were a few minor things I would expect to be little better like having more towels and wash clothes already in the room and the tv remote didn't want to work half the time but we didn't use the tv much anyway. The AC worked great and the beds were actually very comfortable! I would definitely book there again!」

「Holiday Inn is always a pleasure to stay at - well maintained facilities, great rooms that are modern and in good condition. A nice gym which is always welcome and great to be able to do a workout. Breakfast included is great - unfortunately the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery detracts from the otherwise well appointed atmosphere and high standards…. Would always opt for a Holiday Imn property if I have the choice.」
