    This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

The ocean was visible from the home, along with a gorgeous view of sea cliffs and it was just breathtaking. The house was very clean, well organized, and had everything you could possibly need for going to the beach or pool. It was just absolutely perfect!

I appreciated the great communication, the onsite gated secure location. The scenic location is awe inspiring. We had all the amenities we needed and the kitchen was stocked so we were able to make meals at the home which was very convenient.

The was a beautiful home to spend the week. It was spacious, clean, quiet and welcoming. The extra kids supplies were amazing as well as the extra beach stuff in the garage.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

Very nice place to stay while adventuring around the island. Having 3 showers was very nice for cleaning up after the beach. Nice safe secure neighborhood.

Family celebration

Location was beautiful and home was perfect for our needs of celebrating the college graduates. We were able to reach all the excursions we had planned and Makaha beach park as well as Pokai Bay were lovely and easy distance to reach.

Great house

The location is very safe and nice. Getting to the house may seem not the best, but it is a safe gated community. There are beautiful beaches over Oahu, but there are hidden gems on the west side.

Great Time

My family visited the island during spring break. The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The scenic views, and games in the garage were a plus. We loved everything about our visit and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Modern house with relaxing vibes

The overall experience with this house was positive. Great and safe location, relaxing vibes and good amount of space. The backyard has a mountain view as well as the ocean view so you get both from one house!

Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood

This is a beautiful home that is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and stocked. The beach chairs were pretty well worn so we bought some and left them there. Beautiful view and the neighborhood is quiet and secure. Friendly people at the guard gate.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful ocean views. The one downfall is that it was out of the way for sight-seeing. It was quite a drive to get anywhere.

Great place on the Leeward side of Island

Great place if you're wanting to stay on the Leeward side of the Island. Home was really nice and in a gated community. Outside the gates there are a lot of homeless people. Really makes the nearby beaches unusable.

Awesome!!

We were happy to sew the property was described, and looked as in the photos and information. The location is quiet, felt secure, and the view wonderful. We had 8 people, and this location fit us comfortably. Little extras were appreciated- such as coffee & laundry supplies, swim towels, beach items, games and the hammock. We would stay here again!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful views of the Mountains and Ocean. Nice outdoor seating for evenings and supplies for the beach if you want to use them. The only issue is the surrounding neighborhoods. Lots of homeless camps along the ocean. We did not feel safe going to the beaches in the area. Drove 30 minutes west to have a beach day. Not a lot of options for eating out around either of you are looking for something other than fast food.

There was evidently a problem with matching my signature, but no one notified me, so we get there at 3 pm and didn’t have a code to open the door. The gate attendant checked my id and let us in the gated community but couldn’t get in the house. I tried to call the number for the host, but that number wouldn’t accept calls. Messaged both the host and VRBO, but it took an hour to finally get a code to get in. We were not real happy with this, especially since I received a message that morning from the host asking if we were excited about checking in later.

Hawaii vacation

Biggest problem was the water heater. Only 4 people could take a hot shower and then you had to wait more than 4 hours to get another hot shower. A bigger water heater should be in a house that can hold more than 8 people. Everything else was good. Pictures exactly as website. Very quick response to inquiries. Beds very comfortable. GPS kept taking us to wrong house so definitely get directions from guard at gate. Beach chairs, snorkeling, and bodyboards and ice chest was a plus! Extra supplies available if asked for. Security cameras on outside of house and neighborhood made you feel very safe. Great beach only a few minutes away but an hour away to nearly everything else.

Marbella Lane - Stylish Home.

“Marbella Lane - Stylish Home". While the aesthetics of the property were nice, we experienced a few issues. The air conditioning in the master bedroom was unfortunately ineffective, causing discomfort and disturbances during the night. Additionally, we discovered a crack on the living room television screen and felt unsatisfied when unfounded claims were made against us regarding this damage. It also came to our attention that the trash bins were already full upon our arrival, which left us no choice but to dispose of our waste in alternative locations. Lastly, we were disappointed with the response to our complaints about noise and when the cracked tv which was meant to serve as a source of evening entertainment. Overall, while the property has potential, these issues significantly dampened our experience. I believe that a more accurate representation of the property's condition and improved caretaking would contribute to a more satisfactory stay in future.especially if they did a “detailed inspection”. There was a handbook review which already listed the AC problems and a few more issues, I’m surprised that it was addressed and not fixed. Overall the place is beautiful. This place is great for big families and a long term stay. We just had a few issues during our short term stay. If they fix these issues, this place will be a great stay.

Very nice but still lacking

The home is beautiful. Its located in what looks like a new but established development. The bedroom and bathroom numbers and sizes were more than adequate for our group of seven. As beautiful and modern as the decor was, it wasn't really practical for a large group. One couch and two chairs didn't allow for the whole family to comfortably watch any shows together. We ended up using the island and dining area to congregate. There is also a sufficient amount of dshes, cookware and backware but be prepared to hand wash or run the dishwasher each night in order to have enough clean dishes for the next day if you have a large group like we did. Same goes for wash clothes and towels. Everyone had one of each for a seven day stay. Onsite laundry is available including detergent and fabric softener so that was helpful, just be prepared to do laundry. The basketball game in the garage was enjoyed by everyone, that's definitely a perk! It was also nice to have beach gear provided- towels, lounge chairs, googles, bucket and shovel, boogie boards, a cooler, etc. That was all greatly appreciated and handy! The ocean and mountain views from the backyard were amazing but the yard itself lacked furnishings and landscaping. FULL DISCLOSURE THOUGH...the lack of landscaping was disclosed prior to our visit in the arrival instruction email. Overall I would recommend the home. Please take into consideration the size of your group and how much time you want to or plan on staying inside.
