Don't miss this opportunity to stay at a luxurious paradise getaway on the beautiful island of Oahu. Come and experience some of Oahu's best beaches, hikes, and romantic sunsets/sunrises by staying at this Hale (Home). This 3bd 2ba Hale has recently been renovated, has ice cold AC, and is located near the beautiful coastline on the west side of Oahu.
Waianae is home to some of the best beaches, scenic hikes, and is known for its country way of living. If you want to see dolphins, whales, turtles, experience fantastic hikes, witness huge waves (Winter), snorkel, scuba, fish, etc;then Waianae is the best place to come. If you're in the mood for touristy activities, this Hale is located only 15 min away from the world famous Ko'olina and just 35min-1hr from nearly any point on the island. Coming to Waianae will give you a more authentic experience from Hawaii since you will not have to deal with the hustle and bustle of a major city. This Hale (Home) is centrally located in Waianae and is within walking distance from grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and of course the beautiful shorelines. West Oahu has a phenomenal shoreline drive across 4 cities (Nanakuili, Maili, Waianae, Makaha) to the end of the island which you can then hike on.
Our fully self-check in and secure system will give you the security and peace of mind you need for the perfect vacation. Shortly after booking, you will be given an access code to enter the premises. Entire upstairs unit is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

NOTE: On site manager resides in the lower-level home with its own private entrance. Please ensure all guests can climb stairs safely. There are 5 stairs leading to the entrance of the house and 7 that lead to the bedrooms upstairs.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house and a fine will be assessed if the no smoking rules are not observed.
No parties of any kind are allowed in the house.
It is highly recommended to bring a vehicle and please drive slowly as there are kids that play outside frequently. Additionally, Hawaii offers a public transportation system(bus) that is a 5 min walk away.
CALENDAR FEATURE & AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER:
- The Guest acknowledges that the availability calendar displayed on the booking platform may, at times, reflect inaccuracies due to synchronization delays, system errors, or other technical limitations beyond the Host’s control.
- Certain date restrictions, including minimum stay requirements, may not reflect actual availability and Guests are encouraged to contact Host directly for clarification should this arise.
- The Host makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the absolute accuracy of the calendar feature(s) and reserves the right to modify, cancel, or adjust reservation dates should a discrepancy arise.
- In the event of an availability conflict, the Host shall notify the Guest as soon as practicable and, where possible, offer alternative accommodations or a full refund of any amounts paid.
BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY YOU AGREE TO THE RENTAL AGREEMENT LISTED BELOW.
RENTAL AGREEMENT & POLICIES:
This Rental Occupancy Agreement (“Agreement”), entered into as of the date of reservation confirmation, is made by and between the undersigned property owner or authorized agent (“Host”) and the reserving party (“Guest”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement shall govern the temporary occupancy of the premises described herein and shall be binding upon the Parties hereto.
- The Guest covenants agrees to abide by all applicable laws, ordinances, zoning restrictions, and municipal codes governing transient accommodations within the City and County of Honolulu.
- The Guest acknowledges that failure to comply with said regulations shall constitute grounds for the immediate termination of occupancy without refund, and the Guest shall bear any resulting liability.
- The Guest shall remit all payments, including but not limited to rental fees, deposits, and ancillary charges, in accordance with the payment schedule outlined on the reservation platform.
- The cancellation policy governing this reservation shall be as set forth at the time of booking and shall remain enforceable in its entirety.
- The Guest acknowledges and agrees that this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
- The Guest shall conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of the premises, its surroundings, and the neighboring community.
- The Guest shall follow all house rules outlined on the reservation platform.
- The Guest shall not engage in conduct that constitutes a nuisance, including but not limited to excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any unlawful activity.
- The premises shall not be utilized for any purpose other than residential occupancy. Subletting or assignment of this Agreement is strictly prohibited.
- The Guest shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Host from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Guest’s occupancy of the premises.
- The Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Guest, invitees, or any third party during the occupancy period, except as expressly required by law.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions or representations. Any modifications must be in writing and executed by both Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have agreed to the foregoing terms and acknowledge their binding effect upon confirmation of reservation.
