「It was pouring down when we stayed so it was hard for us to sleep at night as the wind and rain kept waking us up but we felt secure in our yurt nonetheless. There were a few cobwebs around but otherwise the place was pleasant and clean. Enjoyed the view, the great communication with ours hosts, and our stay.」

We tried to contact the host but he was overseas and not responding to our many attempts to contact him. 「Overall we had a nice stay and found the bach very handy to public transport. We did however find the back separate unit extremely cold and damp so we were forced to sleep in the main house on the couches, near a warm fire. The outside unit may be better in summer when warmth at night is not a factor. We found the communication was very good and the host excellent at providing answers promptly. Ngā mihi for hosting us!」
