「Amazing sunsets, beautiful secure gated property, close to Kona airport, Costco and Kailua, yet quiet and away from tourists. Door handle is tricky, so just pull handle up instead of pushing handle down after entering code. Higher elevation, so cools off at night making sleeping very comfortable. Sometimes you hear kids thumping around upstairs. Coqui frogs and murmuring ducks provide lovely nighttime orchestra. Bed is comfortable. Host very responsive to needs and may sell you tasty farm fresh...

「The unit is adequate, but could be better. The kitchen was missing pots and knives, the fan and AC vents need to be cleaned. Owner sent wrong wifi info, but quickly corrected that by text after checkin. Other messages/questions weren't answered quickly. Noisy neighbors on the weekend. 」
