Slip into luxe tropical style in this 2-level 1,930sf villa with living area that opens to a gourmet kitchen for prepping meals to savor on the lanai. Touches include AC, ceiling fans, WiFi, flat screens, laundry room, and master suite with lanai and plush bath. Sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin and 1 Sofa bed.

Amid 29 acres stretching along Waikoloa’s Beach Course and the Pacific, Hali`i Kai indulges with a cascading pool, restaurant and fitness cabana. Enjoy Waikoloa Resort’s ocean excursions, hiking trails, shopping, dining and beautiful sunsets.

A 3-night minimum is required for arrivals from January 3 - December 25. A 5-night minimum stay is required for arrivals from December 26 - January 2.

Sparse cleaning products

Our stay was almost 4 weeks and they provided only one small box of laundry soap, no fabric softener, nothing to clean toilets, bathrooms or countertops outside of dishwashing soap and dishwasher pods. Mop and broom quite dated. Other condos at Haliikai better stocked. We would have stayed 5 weeks if VRBO allowed but instead had to move before the end of our stay. That said, it is a nice condo which we have enjoyed on more than one occasion.

Well kept large condo

Condo was a great size, very clean and an easy place to stay. I didn't realize unit 22G would be so far from the water and pool area, but the half mile walk through the complex was quiet and pleasant. This property is not part of a resort with restaurants, etc which also surprised me, but there is plenty of that within a short drive or walk.

Clean and spacious.

Clean and spacious. Nice location. Loved that there was a w/d. One beach umbrella, a must, and a nice beach mat were included for guests. It would have been nice if there were some games in the unit and some beach chairs to use. The beach is much more enjoyable if able to be comfortably out of the sun. A car to get around is a must.

3 day get away

Overall place is great. Beautiful place set up nice for a family or friends. My mistake not doing enough homework would have went to beach instead of pool. Pool area is ok but a little stuffy. We lucked out and found 1 amazing waitress, Kathy, but the rest were brutal!! Check in and house keeping staff were amazing. Close to cute shopping area, good food and an amazing rum bar.
