Condo with two pools, large lanai, and peek a boo view of the ocean. Close to shopping, restaurants, and golf. 41 minutes north of Kona, 25 minutes from Kona International Airport. 23 minutes from the cowboy town of Waimea and an hour from Hilo. 15 minutes from the best beaches on the island. Newly remodeled and fully furnished. All tile flooring to keep it nice and cool.

It was a nice condo, clean, and the pool was very nice. Ryan was very helpful and cooperative working around a big storm that hit the island while we were there. They made sure to provide electric lanterns and checked in on us to make sure we were OK. We did not lose power, but we were glad to have them. He was very attentive and responsive to our messages and let us have extra time to check out and flexibility in dealing with the storm. Thanks Ryan.

Condo's location was excellent. All the amenities were satisfactory. One thing we felt unfortunate was that we were unable to watch the live golf programs, although it was minor point.

Highly recommend Ryan’s condo for a quiet and relaxing vacation. This unit has everything you need for a couple. Ryan is very responsive to all our needs and his residential contact was very quick to come over to fix a couple of minor details. We hope to be back again next winter.

Excellent property. Neat and clean. Very well maintained. Kitchen amenities outstanding—equipped with everything needed for vacation stay. Lanai, landscaping, view, and privacy—perfect. Plenty of towels and beach gear—chairs, bogey boards, towels, snorkel equipment, etc. Easy parking and easy access into the Villa complex.

Wedding

We decided to have our wedding on the Big Island which was the best decision we made. Everything was great. The location for the condo was perfect. Lots of beaches, Hilo, Wiamea, Kona and Mauna Kea are all within a short drive. The condo was clean and the grounds were prestine. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well maintained condo!

Enjoyed our stay north of Kona on the golf course. Smaller area, quiet community. Sat out and had coffee in the patio every morning. We had such a relaxing sunny getaway! Enjoyed golf, the pool and a short drive to restaurants and beaches.

Waikoloa Village Visit

This property was very clean, except for the front door. Security screen door could really use a good cleaning as it is your first impression of the place you are entering. Very nicely done kitchen. Beautiful counter tops and woodwork. Large bedroom and bathroom. Newly done shower and great towels. Really needs different sheets for the queen size bed as the cheep Walmart ones are not deep enough pockets with the foam you have on the bed and slip off over night when moving around. A few pictures on the walls would give it a little more character and home feeling. Thanks for the stay. Beautiful weather.
