Welcome to our slice of Hawaii paradise! This fully updated and remodeled unit offers a taste of luxury in every corner. From the tiled entrance, kitchen, and bathrooms to the hardwood floors that grace the remaining spaces, you'll find comfort and style throughout.

Sink into relaxation on the Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Adapt Medium Hybrid Queen Mattress, ensuring a restful night's sleep after your adventures exploring the island. The dining area is set up for intimate meals with seating for four, while entertainment is at your fingertips with a 55" flat-screen TV for catching your favorite shows. But the real treat awaits outside on the wrap-around lanai, where breathtaking views of Mauna Kea provide a stunning backdrop. Whether you're dining al fresco, lounging on the comfortable chairs, or losing yourself in a good book, this outdoor space is sure to be a favorite spot.

Convenience is key with amenities like an in-home washer and dryer, superfast broadband internet (200 Mbps), and a dedicated parking spot so you can skip the hassle of searching for a space. And when it's time to unwind, take advantage of the onsite pool and hot tub or squeeze in a workout at the gym.

Located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort, you're just a stone's throw away from several dining options, ensuring you'll never go hungry. Please remember to bring your personal toiletries, as these are not provided.

During your stay, I'll be available daily during normal business hours and around the clock for emergencies. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priorities.

Beautiful and relaxing

Sunrise from Lanai was perfect. Condo was comfortable and beautiful. Great location. Enjoyed using the boogie boards (at Hapuna Beach!) and beach chairs. Check out the sunrise Dolphin Splash event at the nearby Hilton Hotel (9am Tue/Thu/Sat and FREE). Take the walkway north along the beach to get there. Also, the Big Island Brewhaus in Waimea has great beer and food.

Winter Getaway

We love the unit, have stayed in it multiple times. Very clean, updated and well furnished. The view of the mountain is great, and great for star gazing at night. The unit is well equiped with a nice kitchen, beach chairs and towels, boogie boards, etc. We cooked several meals. There was nothing that we were in need of as far as cookware or utensils.

This condo was a very comfortable place for us to stay while explored the whole island! The location was perfect and walkable to shopping, restaurants and the beach, yet quiet. Paul was very responsive. This was our first time on the Big Island and my husband and I celebrated our 45th anniversary here. We couldn’t have chosen a better place!

Excellent stay

This was a perfect property for a two-week exploration of the Big Island. The condo was perfect for two people. The host is easy to reach and responsive. Check-in was a breeze and the condo was clean and just as in the pictures. The bed is comfortable, the shower was great and the towels are soft. The star is the large lanai with great views of the mountains. The condo is equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella. We did not cook much but appreciated the water/ice in the fridge door and water bottles. The location of this condo is fantastic! The property has 2 tennis courts, a great fitness center, and a pool. The Shores is walking distance to restaurants and shopping including a grocery store. Only 15 minute drive to Hapuna Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Serenity

We LOVED everything about our stay. The location is premier with shopping and restaurants very close by. It also provided a perfect area to visit other areas. Honestly, we didn't do a lot of touristy things as we just wanted to relax and re-energize instead of being on the road the entire trip. The condo is complete serenity with everything you could possibly need . All amenities are tastefully done, the lanai was spacious which much seating. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening tea looking at the stars.The living room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedroom were furnished with very tasteful arrangements. We particularly liked the Buddhas etc. Serenity !!!

Perfect Location

The condo was the perfect location for my wife and I, close to the beach and resort swimming pools if you want to pay for a day pass. We spent three nights at the Hilton before deciding we wanted a more comfortable place to stay. I would highly suggest staying here in lieu of one of the local hotels. We're already planning our next vacation and planning on staying here again.

Nice stay on the Big Island

Wife and I spent 4 days here as part of a week on the BI. This property is exactly as represented in the listing. Clean, well appointed,. good location, nice pool and fitness center. Not noted in the listing - the unit comes with beach chairs, umbrella and snorkel gear. It's a 10 minute walk to a rocky beach that is not good for swimming, but nice for sunbathing or sunset. Nearest sandy beach, A Bay, is a 5 minute drive (plenty of parking). There are 2 shopping centers within walking distance good for deli food, beer, wine, upscale clothing and dining. Owner was a delight - answered a few questions via text in almost no time. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate nto go back.

A beautiful sunrise condo

This condo is located in a place that can be easily gotten to everywhere. The main beaches and hotels and shopping centers are all here. Each morning the sun rises for coffee on the lanai that was just perfect.. I loved it that the parking was under a tree that had shade all the time. But the condo itself was just beautiful and would be a great asset to any vacation.

Comfortable and great location

Very clean and spacious for two people. The kitchen has everything needed and the breakfast area is beautiful. The 1 1/2 bath worked great for us. The condo feels isolated from all others, there is no direct view into the condo from any other condo. The lanai is superb and large with lots of outdoor furniture. There is direct view of Mauna Kea mountain and the astronomical telescopes. The parking spot is almost all day in shade. The condo has nice pool and a nearby grilling area. You can walk to shops, restaurants, Marriott and Hilton resorts. The local beach is a couple of minutes way by car with plenty of free parking. The local supermarket is well stocked. Cheaper food supplies available in Kona, about 25min away. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

Cozy apartment

The apartment located super conveniently to everything in this part of Waikoloa -- shopping, swimming pool, ocean. It's a very safe, beautifully appointed area with a lot of things to do. An Oasis
