Great location, with everything needed!

The house was great,very well furnished, with lots of kitchen tools, outdoor equipments, towels, ...Check-in & check-out were very easy.The pool community had an impressive view and was really nice too.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved our stay. This property has everything you could need. The chairs, sand toys and cooler were a nice touch. It is a bit of a walk to the pool, but you can always drive if you don't want to make the trek. Beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Month long stay with friends and famil

The Hali’i Kai is a beautiful resort and a great location. The unit itself was a good layout and well equipped, but It is getting tired. … the faucets are all in need of some work, the grout in the showers is bad, one shower door doesn’t close…. All of these are minor but for the cost of rental should be taken care of… The resort has a work out room that also needs updated equipment especially when they charge a daily additional fee to use the pool and equipment.. we were there for a month and paid an additional 525 dollars , with fees like that they can afford to keep equipment up to date .

Most stocked condo ever

This was a very clean, well laid out condo. There were spices, olive oil, vinegar and other items that are extremely helpful when cooking on vacation but you don’t want to buy all the things to only use a bit. Rooms were comfortable and as pictured. It is a two story condo on the second floor. There are stairs to enter and a condo below. It is the first building once entering the gate, farthest from pool & ocean club. There are community grills directly behind the condo building - we used them and were pleased. Great find!!

A lovely getaway

This property was peaceful, clean and downright luxurious. Hot water/cold water in all 3 showers were opposite what was marked. Once we figured that out, we were golden. Pillows could have been better and cookware/cutlery were in need of refreshing, but everything else was terrific. Lanais were delightful. Beach closet was amazingly stocked with lots of chairs, towels, umbrellas and even beach toys for small kids (we didn’t have any, but appreciated it for those that do). We would definitely return to this condo.

Just Wow!

We were so happy to call this place home for a few days. It was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. It was the perfect size for two families with four kids. We loved how everything is labeled and we wanted for nothing. The lanai’s are beautiful and the short walk to the pool is lovely. The towels, beach toys and chairs were a huge help. Hali’i Kai offered an amazing place to unwind after busy days of fun and exploration. Adriana from Luva is above and beyond responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. This place is a 10/10!

Amazing Condo/Location

This was our first time visiting the big island. In total our group had 7 people, 2 families. There was plenty of room for all. The condo itselft was so clean. I struggle with visiting places and their cleanliness, always prepared to do a clean of my own. Not with this condo! You can see the level of detail upon entry. Not only were things very clean but the care put into the cobdo to make it homey and comfortable was apparent. It didn't feel so much like a rental, but as a home. My favorite part oddly enough were the labels amd instructions. Nothing was left to question, everything was well thought out and provided. The location was great, close to beaches and trails. It was exactly what we were looking for. There were sand toys, boogie boards, a cooler and chairs, even snirkel equipment. This was appreciated when we took our beach trips. I do have to say, and this is no fault of the condo, the pool is only open until 8pm. Kind of a bummer with smaller kids when allowing them to stay up a bit later for a night swim. Would absolutely stay again!

Big island fun

It was a very nicely appointed condo. The owners have done some nice touches too it including very cool exterior patio doors. We were pretty busy doing things but got good use out of the fulling opening doors. Very pleased with location and amenities

Great Experience

We took the family for a Spring Break vacation and the condo was just what we were looking for. Spacious, clean and close to the beach. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the clubhouse/restaurant/pool/gym, but definitely manageable. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property, excellent location

This property was amazing. The location and amenities superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here during Thanksgiving. Even managed to cook a perfect turkey in the kitchen which was very well stocked. The only minor gripe is more of a personal preference. The master bed mattress was very firm with smaller pillows, made for some slight discomfort when resting, that being said overall 10/10 would absolutely love to stay here again.

Best way to spend a week !

Very nice place to stay! A few things not working (lights burned out, the second room tv out of order, and lack of parking) All that said - we all had a great vacation. The pool, the beaches, and the great weather!

Perfect condo, beautiful island

This was this finest condo we have ever rented. I wish we'd had more time to spend in the gorgeous Halii Kai but there was so much to explore on the island. The rental was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen. It also included 2 boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, and snorkle gear. Although we didnt use the pool, it was so pretty. We had dinner one night at the Ocean Club - it wasn't cheap but it was a lovely dining experience at sunset. It's just a 5 minute walk from the condo unit. Sometimes tropical climates can include a concern about bugs or rodents in a rental - but this condo was spotless and showed no indication of any creepy crawlies AT ALL. Although there was no shampoo provided, everything else was availabe for our needs. We would 100% stay in this rental again. i hope that opportunity comes soon. P.S. Visitors should find a tour for snorkling with the Manta Rays.It is a mind blowing experience!!!

Paradise Found

Absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our large group of adults and grandkids, enough space for meals, lounging, card games. Having coffee or a cocktail on the lanai, overlooking the coconut grove was so relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool and playing outside. wonderful property and Adrianna was always immediately responsive to questions/needs. Thank you!

Great place, great location, support for 3 kids!

We had a hard time finding a house that supported our 3 young children, but here we found the kids room with a twin bunk, a full bed, and a twin trundle. The other 2 rooms supported 2 sets of adults well. Overall the place was very clean, no bugs spotted inside during our stay. Great wifi. The location is great, with a market, shops, restaurants, and a beach all located just a few minute drive away. You're located right near the highway that takes you through the middle of the island over to Hilo. We drove to Kona quite a bit which was about 30 minutes each time. We were provided with boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, a cooler, snorkels, tennis rackets, and a basketball. Management was very responsive when we needed a set of sheets for the trundle. They detailed really well in their welcome book places to eat, places to visit, beaches to visit, etc... The pool is about a 10 minute walk. It has 1.5', 3', and 4' sections. There is no jumping allowed. It has great views for sunset, which you won't have back at the house. There is plenty of parking at the pool, but it does get crowded around dinner/sunset. We ate at the restaurant one night and it had really delicious food, but was on the pricey side. Negatives: * Some of the pans had lost their shape in the middle and didn't sit well on the electric stove * 30 minutes outside Kona * No sunset view from the house * $25 per day resort fee required at arrival

Beautifully decorated condo

Large, beautifully decorated condo in a great location. kitchen has lots of supplies. BBQ’s a short walk away. We really enjoyed eating on the balcony each day. Beach chairs, toys, and towels provided. Amazing landscaped grounds that were well maintained. Lots of additional activities on the grounds ie pickleball, basketball etc.

Totally impressed with the condo. The location is unbeatable, the complex is gorgeous and clean. The attention to detail is incredible. It has everything you need. The next time I'm on the Big Island, I will definitely be looking to rent this unit again.

Beautifully decorated Condo

The stay was excellent. The condo was super clean and very nicely decorated. Also the kitchen was very well supplied with lots of dishes and pretty much everything you need. There was tons of space for 4 adults and three children and the beds were pretty comfy. The unit was a pretty long walk to the pool… you pretty much have to drive there. The decks were a bit small with superrrrheavy furniture. That was our only downside as there was no lounge chairs to just sit and relax on the deck. All and all pretty great stay.

Perfect property for a family

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to cook meals, and the large capacity washer and dryer were great for keeping up on laundry. The facilities at the beach club were great for our family too. They offered some vegan options and the pool was perfect for our 6 year old at roughly 3.5 ft depth. Definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting the big island.

Amazing Property

This property is fully equipped to have a wonderful vacation! The kitchen has absolutely everything you would require to make your family wonderful meals. The home is just beautiful and everything was just as you would want. Clean extremely comfortable bedrooms, and same for the three bathrooms! The property manager was wonderful and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

Better than described!

I only gave a 4 for accuracy, as the unit, property, grounds, club house, pool, and food at the club house, were all much better than described or pictured. This property made relaxation easy to find, and located close to so much. I'd highly recommend it!
