Our stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village was wonderful! The resort is stunning, with gorgeous ocean views, lush grounds, and a unique tram and boat system that made exploring fun. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the pools and lagoon area, it was perfect for relaxing. The location is great for exploring the Big Island, but also has everything you need right on-site. We truly enjoyed our experience and would absolutely return!

Beautiful hotel, very clean and great service. Dolphin pool and dolphin quest was a highlight, but it was also great to spend a day swimming in the lagoon with sea turtles. Highly recommend.

During my stay on, I encountered extensive construction throughout the property, including scaffolding, constant noise, and work occurring on multiple floors. At no point during the booking process was I informed that the resort was under construction. Had I known, I would have chosen a different property. These conditions made for a deeply unpleasant and disruptive experience and did not reflect the standard of comfort and relaxation I expected when booking at your resort.

Property is gorgeous! Rooms are little dated but comfortable! Resort facilities are excellent, very expensive but there if you need them. Staff is great!, housekeeping is mediocre! Overall-Property is highly recommended!
