Big Island Holidays

This property is perfectly located near the pool, and a short walk to the Hilton Waikoloa resort. Had a wonderful time with our family and friends and will definitely return!

Excellent Property & Location

Love Hali'i Kai, and have stayed in several different units - this is by far one of our favorites! Had a great stay. Very clean, well appointed condo with plenty of space. Loved sitting on the balcony each morning with the ocean views and watching all the whale activity.

Amazing place

We loved staying here! The place was very well appointed and is in such a lovely location. We had breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed the ocean views. We also made use of the pool pass as well as the pool and hot tub within the grounds. It was great for the family. Highly recommend.

Family Trip

We have stayed at Halii Kai resort several times, and this has been our favorite unit. We loved the ocean view from the living area and balconies. This unit provided plenty of gathering spaces for our group and provided each couple with a bedroom and bathroom. We always appreciate the onsite restaurant and beautiful pool, too.

Absolute Perfection

We were blown away by this property. Everything was perfect. My wife and I loved the quiet neighborhood and wonderful views. Our son loved swimming the pool. We cannot wait to go back.

Perfect Stay

We loved the condo and its location within the Waikoloa resort. The condo has views of the ocean across the golf fairway. We saw multiple whale spouts from our lanai. We also love the pool, restaurant, workout area and tennis/pickle court - used them all everyday! The condo itself was spotless and well decorated. We will stay here again for sure!

Magnificent property

The photos of the property were great and the actual property was nicer than the photos. The location was perfect for sunsets every evening and it was a short walk to the pool and beach club. The property had plenty of recreational supplies and a well-equipped kitchen. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great unit!

This is our third time staying at these condos, we love the location and clubhouse amenities. This unit was prefect for my family and mom. Great bonus to have the Hilton pool pass for our 5 year old. Garage is also nicely stocked with beach chairs, and the property management company were quick to respond to any questions.

Spotless condo with fabulous view

We loved 10G. The 3 bedroom condo was spacious, spotlessly clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We liked watching the golfers on Hole 6 Beach course right in front of us, too. We used the Hilton pool pass which had a fun water slide and also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the condo owners. The beds were really comfortable and the stay was relaxing. Only negative was the pool restaurant at Halii Kai was closed our entire stay due to emergency problem. It would’ve been nice to have a dining option onsite. Overall we would highly recommend!

Fantastic location & even better property

Unit 10-G at Hali’i Kai Beautiful property. View of ocean and golf course. 600 yards from Hilton. Pool, gym and bar/restaurant on property. So convenient to grocery, golf, bike rental, etc. Unit has all you need for a day at the beach for 6 people. Kitchen is high-end and ready to go. Laundry, shampoo, soap, etc fully stocked. Patio doors, grill and lanai high quality. Sitting area and 2 dining tables. 8 people would be just fine here. Well decorated, comfortable beds, really nice hardwood floors. I can’t say enough positive things.

Amazing Ocean View Property

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, this unit was even nicer in person. The condo was in excellent condition and very comfortable/well stocked. We were celebrating my 50th birthday so I wanted to stay some place near the ocean where we could fully relax and feel pampered. The views were awesome from the lanai and we could even see spouting whales/dolphins in the distance. There were beach umbrellas, chairs, cooler and boogie boards that were perfect for our day at Hapuna Beach. The nearby Ocean Club with pool, open air gym and restauarant/bar was within walking distance and perfect for a sunset dip or morning yoga session, plus access to the Hilton pools was a bonus. The entire community is gated and feels like a well maintained and upscale country/golf club. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Excellent vacation property

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Hawaii. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—we were lucky enough to see whales frolicking along the shoreline throughout our entire stay, sometimes even right from our deck in the mornings.The condo itself had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was extremely well-appointed for those who love to cook. The property’s community pool, situated right on the ocean, was stunning, and the adjacent restaurant was both convenient and delicious. The pool and restaurant staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We also had great communication from Resortica, making access to the condo seamless.The workout center, also located right on the ocean, was small but well-equipped, offering incredible views that made for an enjoyable workout. The condo was conveniently located near Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy some shopping and dining.Island living is expensive, so we highly recommend stopping at Costco or Walmart on your way in to stock up on groceries.Our only real disappointment was the woman at check-in for the card keys, was quite unfriendly and made us feel like an inconvenience. Thankfully, that was the only negative interaction we had, as everyone else was wonderful.Overall, this condo is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway.

Fab Hali’i Kai

This condo has plenty of room for three couples in a perfect location. Loved watching the whales and the sunset from the lanai. Condo was adequately stocked for cooking, had boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, bicycles, beach toys for us to use. Love the complex amenities- pool, tennis/pickle ball court, restaurant. Close to shopping and the best beaches on the Kohala coast. We can’t wait to come back.

High quality in every way

From the outside, the block of condos in Hali'i Kai all look nice but have little personality. Yet when you enter 10G you immediately feel the attention paid to every little detail. All the furniture and art is unique and of very high quality. The kitchen is stocked with quality pots and pans and accessories and there is a very nice grill on the lower deck. Also, the ocean view is stunning from 10G, and we were all very satisfied by the beds and linens. Terrific place!

One of the best

We have rented condos all over the Waikoloa resort area and this has to be either the best or second best we have rented. The unit was impeccable and just as the photos portrayed. Everything that was stated to be there with regards to supplies, kitchenware, etc. was there. One of the reason we picked this unit was the view and we were not disappointed. I could have spent hours on that lanai watching the ocean and the golfers on the Beach course's signature hole. The sunset was terrific. The one amenity that makes this complex stand out from the rest is the pool area, which includes a bar and restaurant. This is the first condo complex at which we've stayed that offered food and drink by the pool. Both food and drink were good as were the servers. Very friendly, especially Tiffany at the bar. I read comments regarding kids and noise at the pool. There were some kids but they were for the most part quiet. To be honest, I was happy there weren't a ton of kids jumping in and out of the pool. More of an adult vibe which was perfect for us as we were all 60+. There's also a small gym by the pool so if you want to use a treadmill with an ocean view feel free. This unit has a pool pass for the Hilton across the golf course which would be great for a family with young kids. One thing I forgot to check when making my reservation was whether there was an elevator or not. There isn't one so if you have trouble with stairs you might want a ground floor unit. We had a few large and heavy suitcases in our group so getting them up the stairs upon arrival was a workout. And then we had to get them to second floor in the unit after that. No need for the gym that day, lol. I would definitely stay in this complex again.

Fantastic property

We had a fabulous time staying at this property. The location was brilliant and we really enjoyed the use of the Hilton pool passes too. Watching the sunset from our balcony or whilst enjoying a cocktail at the ocean club was such a privilege. Can’t wait to come back!

Such a beautiful location and unit.
