Wonderful home base for island adventures.

Spacious and comfortable. We did not spend much time in the home, but it was very conveniently located for our island adventures. Having a washer and dryer and comfortable beds and bathrooms was so nice at yhe end of a busy day. My only regret was not have a few more days to hang out and relax in the area.

This place was amazing! It was a great location in Waikoloa, walking distance to both of the marketplaces, and some sight seeing spots, plus A Bay. The actual condo was in great condition, so clean, airy and spacious, and the pool was great! Plus Mele was a great host. I highly recommend it!

The property at Waikoloa beach villas was perfect. Very spacious, nicely decorated, very well-stocked, and Great proximity to shopping, grocery store, beach.Management was extremely responsive. We couldn’t have had a better stay and would come back again and again.

We had a lovely stay and the home is beautiful. I'm only marking down because of the week long battle against the garage door. The code does not work at the garage door and we had a less than 50% success rate with the remote opener. The management team helped me get a key but it was a constant hassle. Everything else was excellent.

beautiful house & great pool & beach access

We loved staying at this property - it was comfortable for our immediate family and grandparents. The pool was great and a perfect temperature to soak for hours. the beach was just a 15 min walk away but on a hot day it was easier to drive and parking was free at the Lava Beach Club. The shops nearby were great including the market for ready to go food. We had stayed on the other side of the island and liked being with a local community outside of closed communities. However, we welcomed the comforts of pool and shops nearby with our little kids and to truly relax. We'd stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love it that there are stores just a few min walk away from the house. It’s also close to the pool. Beach gears are there in the garage. We prefer staying here instead of the busy Kona area, but close enough to stop by Kona whenever we like.

Excellent accommodation and location. Across the street from the Queens shopping area. We had four adults and three teenagers. Plenty of space for all of us. Loved being close to the pool.

Paradise vacation in every way.

Perfect location. Beautiful condo. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Pool just steps from the back patio. Family friendly. Great amenities! Would love to come back. However the bed linens are very lacking. The pillows are well used and uncomfortable . The upstairs guest bed is very creaky. Bigger guest beds would be much better. Or one room with xl twins. Apart from the beds everything was great!!
