Very Nice Week in Waikoloa Beach Village

Very nice property and grounds. We were located poolside and took advantage of the nice pool every day. The unit was well equipped with beach supplies (chairs, cooler, etc.) and the kitchen was similarly well equipped. Overall a very nice stay but the unit could use a few cosmetic updates.We would definitely rent again.

25 feet from the pool

This property was great just inside the gated community, shopping, food, dining. close by beaches. The house was very clean. supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, soft soap at every sink towels, washcloths shampoo, conditioner, soap, nicely supplied, garbage bags, dishwashing soap, washer and dryer worked great. in the garage where you park everything you need for a successful beach day. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear, completely amazing. I would not hesitate to book another stay through KBM resorts, they are first class.. five star!

Problem-free trip and stay!

Everything is very good. Problem-free trip and stay! Very convenient location. Close to good beaches. Nearby is a good gourmet food store and a shopping center. Self check-in and check-out is very simple and fast. The owners respond very quickly to calls/txt messages and kindly allowed us to check in two hours earlier than the official time. Bedrooms, toilets, living room - everything is very clean. The rooms are large. Refrigerator, stove, microwave - everything works. Lots of utensils for all occasions. Air conditioning works. Fast Internet (excellent for zoom meetings and streaming services). Beach chairs, umbrellas, fins, masks - available. You can even park your car in the garage. A very small drawback for us was that both bedrooms were on the second floor (we were with a fairly elderly person). Last year we rented a house in the same complex (different owner) and there was one bedroom on the first floor, which was more convenient for us. But of course, you can't see the floor plan in advance. Overall, compared to last year (same complex, but different owner of the property) everything is much better.
