This condo is also located less than ten minutes from A Bay Beach and less than 20 minutes from the beautiful, popular Hapuna Beach. This condo is on the ground floor for easy access. You will enjoy the lush green lawn off the lanai overlooking signature hole #6 of the Waikoloa Golf Club- Beach Course. The ground floor provides you with easy walking access from your lanai to the Ocean Club through a greenway including flowering tropical plants, with ocean and golf course views. During the whale season, the humpback whales put on an incredible show with amazing views from the Ocean Club pool, restaurant and bar area. They can also be seen from your lanai.
The condo has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps four. The second bedroom can be configured either as two extra-long twin beds or converted into a comfortable king-size bed. The bathroom in the primary bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom can be connected to the second bathroom with a tropical privacy curtain providing an en-suite effect. The bathroom in the primary has a large shower and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
