    - Mandatory Hawaii State & County Taxes: Advertised room rates exclude standard mandatory lodging taxes and government charges. Transient accommodations are subject to a 10.25% Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) alongside a 3.00% Hawaii County Transient Accommodations Tax (HCTAT) for a combined 13.25% lodging tax.     - Early Departure Policy: Early departure incurs a $100.00 fee.

    - Parking Fees: On-site self-parking is available for $48.00 USD per day with in/out privileges. Secured valet parking is available for $55.00 USD per day. Parking fees are charged directly by the resort at check-out.
