Hali’i Kai 8B was recently added to the vacation rental market and was meticulously maintained by the owner. The main bedroom faces the Ocean with stunning views of the painted sky over the ocean, and direct sunset views (season permitting).

Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort offers luxurious townhomes with 2 to 3 bedrooms, set against a backdrop of a stunning ocean golf course and the expansive Pacific Ocean. The resort features a variety of scenic views including the ocean, mountains, golf course, and lush gardens. Its gated premises ensure privacy and exclusivity, with the private Ocean Club serving as a haven for owners and their guests to enjoy swimming, dining, and exercising, all while gazing out at the ocean's horizon.
Getting Around:
Walk or drive to two nearby beaches. The nearest black sand beach can be walked to via the historic Fishermans trail or walk to the beautiful Anaehoʻomalu Bay with white sand, honus (turtles) and blue waters. We recommend renting a car when staying at Hali’i Kai.
Other Things to Note:
Hali’i Kai owners association charges a $25 per day resort fee that is collected after booking and payable at the resort front office. This fee is mandatory and allows access to the front gate and Ocean Club. This fee is non-negotiable and is paid regardless of wether the amenities are used or not. This fee is applicable to all rental properties within the Hali’i Kai community.
