Toast luxe life at the ocean’s edge! This 1,082sf ground floor villa wows with a modern open kitchen for meals to share on the lanai with wet bar and grill. Enjoy ceiling fans, central air, flat screens, WiFi, DVD, washer/dryer and master bath double vanity. Sleeps 6 in 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 Sofa bed.
Bonus: Guests of this unit are entitled to special VIP golf rates at nearby Waikoloa Beach and Kings' Golf Course, simply inquire at the front desk!
Amid 29 acres stretching along Waikoloa’s Beach Course and the Pacific, Hali`i Kai indulges with a cascading pool, restaurant and fitness cabana. Enjoy Waikoloa Resort’s ocean excursions, hiking trails, shopping, dining and beautiful sunsets.

A 3-night minimum is required for arrivals from January 3 - December 25. A 5-night minimum stay is required for arrivals from December 26 - January 2.

The Big Island is a gift

We loved our stay at Hali’i Kai! It was perfect for our family of four with an infant and 4-year-old. It was great to be in the resort area and use the condo as our home base for breakfast, naps, and nights. We were so comfortable in the condo, and we loved hanging out at the pool. The food and drinks were great, and it is a beautiful, quiet, intimate place to watch the sunset. Our unit opened up onto the ocean view, and we loved having breakfast looking at the lava rocks and waves. Our only comment is that you have to drive to a beach because the beaches in the Waikoloa area are in more limited areas that some other islands like Maui. We recommend getting up the lagoon at the Hilton, Hapuna Beach, Lava Lava Beach Club, Mauna Kea Luau and hotel, and Black Sand Beach. The Big Island is exactly what we needed after a long pandemic period of not traveling.
