The PERFECT Vacation Condo, close to beaches, shopping, discounted golf

We are located in the gated complex of Vista Waikoloa on the fourth green of the Waikoloa beach golf course. The course is a twenty seven hole layout, kings nine, lakes nine and beach nine. One of the advantages of renting this unit is the discount on golf. As a guest that is interested in playing golf, you will be able to use our membership at the Waikoloa golf club for a sizable discount on going rate plus prime time T-times. The condo has 2 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, great room with large cable TV. Expansive Lanai wraps around the condo with impressive views of the golf course and Mauna Kea, that has the worlds largest astronomical observatory. The condo is equipped with WIFI, 2 cable TV’s and telephone (calls to Canada free). and free parking. ( Assigned parking spot ) 25 minutes from Kailua-Kona Airport.

Great room is very comfortable with plenty of seating to enjoy your stay. Play games at the dining room table with our games here, or the favorites you have brought. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or take a short walk to one of the many restaurants in the King or Queens Court shopping area. The master bedroom has a cozy cal king size bed with on-suite bathroom, double sinks and very large walk in shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and can be open to the great room or closed off to create a private bedroom with second bath next door. We also have a double blow up bed in the master closet that can be used in any room. Relax on the wrap around lanai while enjoying the tropical sounds of the warm breeze and tropical birds.

Take a short walk to Anaeho’omazlu Beach (A-Bay) and enjoy a day of surf and sand. After a day in the sun, cool off with a refreshing drink at the Lava Lava Beach Club and listen local artists playing for the restaurant guests. Beach gear can be found in the closet on the condo lanai for guest use.
