Don’t stay here if you want a place that prioritizes providing a high level of hospitality and customer service. We thought we chose a great place to celebrate our 30th anniversary and to celebrate my being cancer free for over 5 years. Staying at this place ended up being frustrating and disappointing in several ways. On the first day, the TVs in the 2 bedrooms didn’t work. The ceiling fan didn’t work in the second bedroom and the dresser drawers kept sliding open. My husband banged his knee a couple times while he was trying to fix the TV. He did this because it took a couple of days for property management to send anyone over to rectify the situation. When the “condo inspector” came over, she thought she fixed it but as soon as she left, the TV didn’t work again. This condo inspector failed to see that there was a big hole in a wall, the toilet in the master bathroom had toilet tissue still in the bowl prior to our arrival, the sliding door to the lanai was grimy and streaky, the electrical junction box in the wall between the kitchen and master bedroom was loose and pulling out of the wall, the chains on the window shades kept breaking apart, and there was a problem with the ice maker in the refrigerator. There were other shortcomings, which are minor but too numerous to mention in a review. For the price we paid for our stay, we wouldn’t expect these kinds of issues and shortcomings.
