    The Space:

    Enjoy peace, quiet, and all the pampering you need with this upscale Waikoloa home. You'll be only a short drive from some of the area's finest beaches, and enjoy perks like two shared pools, a hot tub and a tennis court.



    Nestled in a quiet area in western Waikoloa, you're only a few minutes away from pristine sands and the gentle rhythm of the ocean. Waiulua Bay's breathtaking beaches are lined with restaurants, cafés, and the chance to play with local marine life at Dolphin Quest Hawaii. Unwind at the popular Lava Lava Beach Club, or grab your clubs for a day at the Francis H. I'i Brown Golf Course!



    Settle down in the well-appointed living area, where free WiFi and a cable TV provide plenty of entertainment. Fresh air awaits on the lanai, while the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher. All the beds are roomy enough for guests of all ages to rest and relax.

    WHAT’S NEARBY

    Perched alongside the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, you will be able to tee up in no time for a memorable round of 18, so bring your clubs along! If the sand is calling your name, Waikōloa Beach is just over a mile away where you can post up for a picnic on the shore, swim, or snorkel. Plus, when you want to grab a bite to eat or explore the local shops in town, you can make your way a mile to the main drag of the area.

    Exterior Painting Project has started.

    The exterior painting of all buildings at Waikoloa Colony Villas began, and will continue through approximately June 2027. Each building will take approximately two weeks to complete, and the entire property is expected to take about one year. Please contact our 24 hour support team for further information, any questions or concerns and also for a copy of the planned schedule dates for specific buildings.

The condo was very clean. Our main problem was with Vacasa; they wouldn't deal with construction next door which was amazingly loud. I called them up; they said they get back to me; and then crickets.

Ac was good, fans mostly were enough. Great location. Furniture dated not so comfy. Loved having the garage. This was our second time staying at the Colony Villas and we love the privacy, the layout of the town houses and the pool. Being right on one of the best golf courses in Hawaii and only a mile walk to the beach is also a plus.
