The best condo in Hawaii!

What a place! Loved every minute of this rental. We have never stayed in such a well stocked home including all you need in a kitchen and so much beach gear. Do not hesitate booking with such a lovely and communicative host in a condo with such a special view. Fun and spacious for 5 adults and my 3.5 year old was happy our entire stay.

Waikoloa Beach Visit

This is a stellar property, updated and providiing absolutely everything needed for a wonderful Hawaiian vacation, including access to the marvelous Ocean Club with pool, spa, and dining. The house is clean, comfortable, and stocked with literally everything! The views from the lanai make this the perfect stay!

We loved the condo. Perfect size for our family of 5. The proximity to Hapuna Beach, shops and restaurants was ideal. The resort property was well manicured, the pool was awesome and not too busy - always a few lounge chairs available.

Great property and location

We had a wonderful and easy stay - the unit is clean and spacious, the resort property has great amenities (nice pool, hot tub, tennis/pickle ball courts), and is very conveniently located to shops and an array of beaches. It served as a great home base to do activities both to the north and south of Waikoloa. The host was terrific, too.

The Best VRBO we ever stayed at

Great place for home base to explore the big island. It was so helpful to have access to the gear that we would otherwise have to rent. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. There was nothing else we could have needed!

Great place for families

We had a great time during our stay in Waikoloa. The on-site pool was kid friendly and easy to get to from our unit. There are 2 Peloton bikes in the gym area that we took advantage of during our stay. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to the Big Island.

Hai’I Kai was an excellent place to stay. The gated community was safe, quiet, and a short walk from the resorts next door. There are two grocery stores nearby Foodland and Island Country Market. 30 minutes from the airport, 45 to Kona, and 90 minutes to Hilo. The garage was well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, basketballs, golf clubs, water shoes, snorkels,masks, and flippers. I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the Big Island.🌴🌋🌺

Beautiful Hali’i Kai Property

Myself, daughter, son, daughter-in-law, and one-year old granddaughter spent (6) amazing days at this lovely Waikoloa property. Beautiful unit with incredible amenities, and exceptional Beach Club. Quiet and breathtaking ocean views - we loved the location and space of this special property. An exceptional home to enjoy while exploring the Special Big Island, and especially the Kona Coast. Owner was responsive and helpful - Check in was easy. If you’re looking for a beautiful home in a wonderful community - this is your spot!
