The property was wonderful due to the amenities and location. There was so much in walking distance. The Hilton Waikoloa pool pass was amazing as well. The staff communication was extremely fast when we had an issue with parking which was resolved very quickly. We will love to stay here again.

We brought our family of 5 to the island and met some grandparents there. This property location was perfect for our group. We loved the convenience of the nearby shops and its close proximity to many nearby beaches and snorkeling spots. Would gladly stay again!

This was a great place to stay and the amenities were abundant. Pool passes saved a lot of money at the Hilton. It’s also near some great public beaches. I would rent again if I come to Kona.

Condo was in a great location in the Waikoloa resort. Easy access to beach, shops, etc. Everything you need is in the condo. Plenty of space for everyone. Recommend it.

Overall it was a good experience. Kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans, etc. Outdoor patio was a nice bonus and great to sit outside in the evening for dinner and just to hang-out. Only thing negative was the water never got above warm for the showers and the fan above the dining table didn't work so it got a but muggy at times.

When we go to our place, it was better than what we expected. The location was really close to 2 shopping centers, and an easy walk to ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach. The property had a gated entrance and backed up to a golf course, so it was quiet. Access to Hilton Waikoloa allowed us to take our 3 year old niece to play in the sand of the lagoon, without have to worry about the surf.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family (6 adults and 1 toddler)! The views from every window were beautiful. Loved the lanai and grassy yard area for our toddler to run around. We enjoyed cooking several meals at home, and appreciated the proximity to the Waikoloa beach, lava lava club, groceries, and not far drive from Kona and Hawi (where we were visiting family). We loved the convenience and beauty of the pool on site. We checked out the Hilton pass, but it was so grand and too much walking for our senior parents and young toddler. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the big island!

We noticed that it would get uncomfortably warm in the morning and in the evening. We figured it might be that it’s an end unit and all the windows would let the sunlight in including some heat. Other than that it was an awesome property. We will definitely stay here again.

Spent the week on the big island for both vacation and business conference at the Hilton. Excellent proximity to the conference and very nice local shopping and supplies nearby. Most within walking distance. Amenities were very nice although didn’t get to use the pool much due to conference time. Easy to navigate to other locations on the island and extremely close to beach access. Walking distance or less than five minute drive Definitely would consider staying at this property. Perfect amount of space and basic supplies for our needs.

Family of 5 had a wonderful time during our stay. The Hilton Pool Passes are a plus and our family enjoyed it. Property had everything that was needed. Quiet, comfortable, prime location, and perfect setting. We will be booking this condo again in the future. We had an issue with the AC but it was fixed quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Waikola is the best place to stay on the island. Shopping is close by. The unit was perfect for us. My only complaint was that the beds were really hard. But other than that it was perfect for our family of 7 and we’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, the property is nice. It is in a great location in a great neighborhood. We had six people and it was perfect for us. You could not have 8 people especially if they are adults. There isn’t enough space. But for 4 adults and 2 kids, this is perfect. The rooms are small but adequate. There is not much closet space but not a big deal. The house has all the stuff you need for the vacation including beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys etc. Our biggest issue was that the AC didn’t work well. We had 2 nights where the temperature wouldn’t get cooler than 78-79 deg. Since it was a holiday week, the situation didn’t get corrected until our last day. Overall, it’s a nice property and I would stay here again if they fix the AC issue.

Our party consisted of my wife and I, two young children (6 and 9), and a friend and her adult niece and the property was perfect for us. It was clean, all appliances worked, and has been well maintained (the only minor issue is that the downstairs shower makes a humorous whine when it runs). The property was actually better than the pictures showed as they have recently put in a new living room sectional sofa (the blue floral print one has been moved to the sitting area upstairs). The pool pass for the Hilton Waikaloa Village that comes with the unit is a huge plus as we would often be "beached out" and the kids can have fun playing in the pool while we sunbathed and drank pina coladas from the poolside bar.

A little dirty (mostly hidden stuff, under beds, under sink, etc.) and needs some basic maintenance/repair of a few minor things, but overall, a great place with lots of room.
